About our Leadership Conference
The Light Foundation Leadership Conference hosts Massachusetts high-school students for meaningful and challenging one-day learning opportunities outside of the classroom.
During our Leadership Conference, students participate in activities and dialogue with facilitators that include CEOs, professional athletes, television personalities, business and community leaders. The Leadership Conference curriculum always includes presentations, workshops, and projects to inspire students to recommit themselves to achieving goals, staying connected, and establishing a work ethic that stands out.
Our on-site activities encourage students to bring their best selves forward, step outside their comfort zone, and indulge in new, innovative ways to communicate. Through various team-building experiences, they learn to develop the necessary skills for realizing their full potential by believing in themselves.
